Refund & Cancellation Policy

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Creem — not Online Flashcard Maker — appears as the seller on your card or bank statement and handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment support.

What you're buying

We sell Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that include a monthly allowance of AI generations. Plans and prices are described on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Each renewal grants a fresh allocation of credits for the new cycle.

You authorize Creem to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page or from the Creem customer portal linked in your purchase receipt. Cancellation stops all future renewals.

When you cancel, you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't charge you again after that.

Refunds

Subscriptions: if you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, provided the credits from that charge are substantially unused. After that window, or once credits are used, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future renewals.

To request a refund, email support@onlineflashcardmaker.com with the email on your account and your order or receipt details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Creem, typically within 5–10 business days.

Credit validity

Monthly AI-generation allowances are valid for the billing month; yearly subscriptions receive the same monthly allowance. Unused generations do not roll over to the next cycle.
